December 2016

December went by in a whirlwind.  At the end of November Mr.G left this post as Makaila's favored sub...and when it was his last day she asked me to buy him a bundt cake.  I did and I also bought myself one, that her and Alex ate.  So in an effort to make up for stealing my bundt cake...Alex bought me a new one!  Thanks Alex!!!

In the first weekend of December Danny and I flew to Vegas for free and had a good time at the casinos with Tony and Sam.

It was our first time being in Vegas during their rodeo season.  Although it made for lots nad lots of people and there wasn't really much rodeo stuff going on around us (what we could find was way too packed)....it was all farther away...so we didn't see anything more than the shopping set up!

Sam and I did sneak into Serendipity 3 and enjoyed this giant Sunday.

SO good it made me cross-eyed!  We couldn't even finish half between the two of us...it was that big!

All the decor in the Bellagio Gardens were beautiful! 

We visited the Heart Attack grill...it was good but way to heavy and we ate it all in fear of spankings!

Tony convinced us to ride the Ferris wheel ride behind the Lync Hotel..the view was nice...but not worth the price....

The musical performance outside the show was awesome....they had snow blowing out and everything...very cool!

We got back from Vegas happy that we didn't loose too much because Danny and I both hit pretty good jackpots on the slots.....but it was Holiday time and I got my butt in gear.  I spent most of my free time the rest of December making personalized RTIC cups as gifts for all our family and several that I sold to people......in the end I ended up breaking even and not making any money at all...but I was proud of the end results!

We celebrated Nancy's birthday with a cake the Sunday after....Isn't my big sister so cute!!Love her!

Isabella had her Christmas Concert at school, and they were really cute!  Love these girls!! 

We had a Christmas Sweat party at work in which we were served ice cream...good job on the sweaters guys...they killed it and 3 ice creams each!! LOL

The evening was spent laughing and playing minute to win it games and with family we love.

Christmas morning at home...Santa brought Issy the dance bag she asked for filled with goodies....and Makaila a  Kindle and some new Tennis Shoes....

After we cleaned up the mess at home we headed over to Erica's for the Salas Christmas Lunch...

It was a great Christmas...we were surrounded with good health, love and family....THANK JESUS!

This month went by in a flash like it usually does and I didn't do a great job of documented our time in detail....but the most important way to spend your time is with family, and I am grateful that I spent my time making memories and that's the reason this post is so bland.  So forgive my lack of details and take comfort in knowing we laughed a lot and played a lot and were really blessed this December....
