We picked Izzys backpack this weekend...school is right around the corner, so we are getting ready. I hosted the July scrapbook session on Friday night and then Amy and I went to the movies Friday night at 10:30 to see Trainwreck! LOL Danny was not happy - but the movie was great.
Saturday we loaded up early and headed back out to hill country for some shopping and picture taking!
We stopped in Bastrop and bought some boots for Makaila and me (again). We ate in Chappel Hill (delicious), and then we veered off into a state park that had some great pic scenes, so we took advantage and took tons of pictures!
We stopped at Steak and Shake for lunch on the way home, and then Ceci and Ray came over to pick up Alec. I headed over to Dillards to see the dishes, and ended up buying some leggings! LOL
They left and the Tolley boys came over for Makaila to baby sit. We watched the UFC fights (Ronda Rousey), and then called it a night!! That woman is a beast!
We went to church on Sunday and then picked up a Los Vega Party pack afterwards, to just relax at home. We washed sheets and watched tv, then finally got moving and met Ceci at Sams and ended up doing burgers for dinner at Ernies. We hung out by the pool the rest of the evening and then headed home at about 8:30. Showers and then Nina came over at about 9:30, so I went to bed.
I'd say it was another good week in the books, Spending our weekends together with people we love making memories and sharing some good laughs is always a good way to spend our time!
