About a month ago - Mr. Henderson got a full time job and unfortunately that meant the end of HIT class for me!
Well Mrs. Lisa Rodgers - a fellow Taekwondo mom (who is ridiculously in fantastic shape) has decided to teach the class and start it back up!
Today is the start of HIT once again - and I need it!!
Mon,Wed, Thurs - will once again be two a days for me....now if I could just eat better....I might loose a few pounds!!
